Melissa instructs parents on the foundations of better sleep habits and sleep training for children of any age.  She will give guidance on common issues parents face, including early wake ups or frequent wake ups during the night, difficulty falling asleep, “cat napping” during the day, and dependency on parents or “props”.  In her seminar she will dispel misconceptions about sleep training, co-sleeping and more.
